At Body Language by K. Cloud, all orders are made fresh and fulfilled with care to ensure the highest quality. Please take a moment to review our monthly order and shipping schedule below.

Order Window

Orders open on the 15th of each month and close at 11:59 PM on the 20th.

All purchases made during this 5-day window are considered pre-orders.

 

🚚 

Processing & Shipping

Once the order window closes, all pre-orders enter production.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be prepared, packaged, and shipped.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All packages are shipped via USPS.

• Each product is handmade or hand-packed with care — please allow the full production and shipping timeframe before reaching out for updates.
• All sales are final.
• If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ExploreBodyLanguage@gmail.com and include your order number and photos if applicable.
