🗓️ When do orders open and close?

Orders open on the 15th of each month and close at 11:59 PM on the 20th.

Once the window closes, all orders go into production. We make each item fresh in small batches to ensure premium quality.

 

⏳ When will my order ship?

All pre-orders ship approximately 3 weeks after the order window closes.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email.

 

📦 Can I place an order outside the 15th–20th window?

Not at this time. Because we operate on a monthly pre-order system, orders can only be placed during the open window. Be sure to subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media to stay updated on drop dates and new releases!

 

💌 How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check your tracking status directly through USPS.com using your tracking number.

 

💧 Are your products all natural?

Yes! Every Body Language by K. Cloud product is made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients that nourish and hydrate your skin.

We avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, and unnecessary fillers — because luxury should never come at the expense of your health.

 

🌿 Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our formulas are crafted with gentle, nutrient-rich ingredients that have worked well for customers with eczema, psoriasis, and dry or sensitive skin.

However, we always recommend doing a small patch test first, especially if you have known allergies.

 

🔄 What is your return or exchange policy?

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

If there’s an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at ExploreBodyLanguage@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of you right away.

 

🎁 Can I send a gift?

Yes! We love helping you share the glow. You can send any order as a gift by entering the recipient’s name and address at checkout. If you’d like to include a custom note, just email us at ExploreBodyLanguage@gmail.com immediately after placing your order.
